Alamo Skip the Counter!

If your Alamo reservation is eligible, you're able to complete the 'Skip the Counter' process at major airport locations. Please complete the Accelerated Check In which will obtain the drivers driving licence details and then progress through the additional Skip the Counter steps.

You'll be offered optional extras as well as a tick box to accept the rental agreement terms and conditions. You will also need to provide a method of payment where a $1 authorisation hold will be placed to ensure the card is active.

Once you have completed the Skip the Counter step, you'll be presented with the Pick-up Ticket. You can either print this or save it to your mobile device - A copy will be emailed to you as well.

Please ensure you add any additional drivers details during the Accelerated Check In section as you're unable to return to add / amend at a later time and will need to attend the self service kiosks or rental desks.
